School Council

Every year we follow the British Values of Democracy, Rule of Law, Tolerance, Mutual Respect of others beliefs and religions and Individual Liberty.

We use democracy to elect our Head Pupils. Our Year 6 pupils make a presentation to the whole school and the children vote to elect our Head Pupils. School Council and Worship Committee are drawn from a hat where we show Tolerance and Mutual Respect.

All of our Year 6 pupils and one pupil from each year group from years 1 to 5 make up our School Council. Mrs Hourihan supports the organisation of School Council meetings and events. Representatives from each class can consult their classmates and feedback to the committee on ideas and issues that are important to them.
